Combine AI-driven EMG analysis with digital health solutions to enable faster, more precise recovery pathways for professional and semi-professional athletes.

EMG signals can be very challenging to process reliably because raw data can:

- Depend on real-time responsiveness
What We Built - The Signal-to-Insight Pipeline
1. EMG Signal Capture
Clients' wearable sensors capture raw electrical muscle activity during rehabilitation sessions. The system handles multi-channel EMG acquisition with configurable sampling rates optimized for the target muscle groups.
2. Edge and Cloud AI Processing
Our custom EMG analysis model processes signals through adaptive noise filtering, movement artifact rejection, and feature extraction. The AI identifies patterns in muscle activation, fatigue levels, and recovery trajectories. Processing runs both on-device (edge) for real-time feedback and in the cloud for deep longitudinal analysis.
3. Real-Time Insight Distribution
Processed insights are pushed simultaneously to the iOS application and web platform. Athletes see their muscle activation in real time. Coaches and rehabilitation professionals receive automated recovery assessments, progress tracking, and flagged anomalies.
4. Central Resource Hub
All data, treatment recommendations, and educational content are stored in a centralized hub. This serves as the single source of truth across the rehabilitation journey, enabling seamless collaboration between athletes, coaches, and medical staff.

Beyond the AI pipeline, Rubix Code rebuilt the entire digital ecosystem: the iOS application was stripped back and rebuilt for speed and clinical usability, the web platform was optimized for healthcare professional workflows, and the Central Resource Hub was created to unify data, insights, and protocols across all stakeholders.
